All of our training and project execution approaches can lead to industry recognized belt certification.  We provide a comprehensive approach for candidates to utilize, and organizations to model, that can lead to a Lean Green, Black or Master Black Belt Certification.

Mature businesses may opt to leverage their enhanced Operations Management knowledge in the creation of a long-term strategic plan.  We leverage the Production Preparation Process (3P) to facilitate the creation of a seven year layout/plan of your site, network or supply chain.  Strategic Planning assumptions and analyses inform the creation of the 3P, and the output leads to annual layouts for each of the next seven years that inform holistic, cross-functional Project and CAPEX Plans and Portfolios.
