Founder and managing partner - over two decades of experience in perishable and non-perishable retail supply chain leadership and category management. Launched twenty new brick and mortar locations for a global retail chain. Passionate entrepreneur who has initiated multiple small businesses. Leverages her Masters in Business Administration, and her practical knowledge, to help others starting out in the industry. Active with small business associations, she dedicated over six years to teaching small women-owned businesses. Focused on performance improvement - business planning, maximizing profits, enhancing efficiency and productivity, and driving positive organizational culture and health.
Charismatic, empathetic and driven - a senior-level leader who can impart knowledge throughout the organization.

Principal consultant - Military Veteran - (U.S. Army - Armor Officer - secret security clearance) - Lean Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt - BS in Mechanical Engineering with Biomedical Interest, Patent Holder, Masters in Business Administration, Operations and Engineering Leadership experience, Lean Director in Johnson & Johnson's Medical Device Division. Developed Johnson & Johnson's Lean Program (training, execution, certification) as well as the broader Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS). Experienced in FDA and FAA regulated GMP environments. Global Experience - trained professionals and executed projects throughout North America, Europe and Asia in Manufacturing, Assembly, Laboratory and Office environments in Medical Devices, Consumer Products and Pharmaceuticals.
